Juddy Wambita is a seasoned banking and credit professional with over 15 years of progressive leadership experience across leading financial institutions in Kenya. She currently serves as Director, Retail and Business Banking at HFCB, where she drives strategic growth, customer-centric innovation, and portfolio sustainability across diverse client segments.

Juddy has established a strong reputation for excellence in credit policy formulation, credit evaluation, and portfolio management, spanning consumer, high-net-worth, business, and commercial banking. She is recognized for strengthening risk governance frameworks, enhancing portfolio quality, and delivering sustainable business growth.

As the Director of Credit at HFCB Ltd, she spearheaded credit transformation initiatives. She also held senior leadership positions at Stanbic Bank, including Head of Credit for Consumer and High Net Worth Clients, and Acting Head of Credit for Business Banking & Commercial Clients at Stanbic Bank. Earlier in her career, she served as Senior Credit Manager for Business and Corporate Banking at Absa Kenya PLC, and as Credit Manager at NIC Bank.

Juddy's academic and professional credentials reflect her commitment to continuous learning and excellence. She holds a Bachelor of Education (Science) degree from Kenyatta University, an Advanced Management Programme from IMD Business School in Switzerland, a Credit Skills Development Certificate from Omega Performance Corporation (UK), and a Certificate in Agricultural Financing from ECAF. She is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance at the University of Nairobi.
